Stress can be hard to avoid, but our bodies can feel its impact. For some, stress or anxiety can also be a cause of seizures. And then more stress and anxiety about having seizures can pile on top of that! It can be a vicious cycle.
**Tell us: How do you manage your stress and anxiety to avoid seizures?

I interact with as few people as possible, avoid public as much as I can, love on my dog when feeling especially stressed and anxious.

No need to worry bout anxiety or stress. Any high emotion may be "trigger" for our seizures. Rely on meds to prevent or control seizures like glad we finally know like insulin for diabetes. Always keep in mind meds will stave off any biggies too.
